Relocating electric centrifugal chiller #4 from the steam plant to the South Campus Chiller Plant with it’s electric brethren makes room for additional steam powered chillers near the source of the steam.  Its relocation also makes room for the removal of an existing dead asset whose space occupation is preventing expansion.
