Description:

The mechanical and plumbing design for this 13,000 sf mixed use building includes a restaurant and 11 second story apartments.  The centerpiece of the restaurant’s exhibition kitchen is a solid fuel oven and dedicated exhaust system whose grease duct serpentines through a second floor menagerie of apartments.
