University of Idaho, Chiller Relocation – Designed mechanical, electrical and structural framework necessary to relocate a 1,200 ton water cooled centrifugal chiller from one chilled water plant to another. Because a portion of the project was to be owner-furnished, keen attention to the details surrounding demarcation points was crucial. (January 2018)
Washington State University Steam Line Replacement – acted as an independent third-party reviewer and offered opinions and recommendations on a design to replace 250’ of underground steam and condensate piping. (December 2017)
Pullman Quick Serve Restaurant – crafted a comprehensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a 2,500 square foot national restaurant franchise whose fresh, new store design, logo and branding were just a year old. A teaming arrangement made the creation of the electrical design possible. (October 2017)
Lewiston Historic Building HVAC Upgrade – improved reliability, controllability, and expandability by planning and designing a variable refrigerant flow system, complete with outside air energy recovery, for a historic building located in downtown Lewiston, ID (September 2017)
Lewis Clark State College Control Replacement – under contract for the ID Division of Public works, prepared design drawings and specifications for a pneumatic to direct digital control conversion at the campus’s 53,000 square foot library (August 2017)
Moscow Idaho Mixed Use Restaurant – created design documents and a mechanical design narrative for the construction of a 13,000 square foot restaurant and apartment building including provisions for kitchen exhaust, grease duct and makeup air (April 2017)
University of Idaho, Bruce M Pitman Testing Center – created mechanical design to remodel an existing VAV with hot water reheat system and accommodate a high occupancy testing center (February 2017)
Idaho Division of Public Works – selected for Regional Miscellaneous Mechanical Engineering Services contract (February 2017)
Commercial Kitchen Remodels – designed grease duct(s) for type I kitchen hood exhaust, specified changes to existing makeup air units and natural gas piping in conjunction with fryer installations. (November 2016)
Gritman Medical Office Building III (Tenant Improvements) – performed HVAC and plumbing design for four (4) tenant improvements in a medical office building. Tenant improvements included dental, medical exam, cardiac rehab facility, oncology treatment area and pharmacy - including a positive pressure clean room and bio safety cabinet. (June - September 2016)
Enterprise Christian Church – reviewed an existing mechanical system and made recommendations for improvement. (July 2016)
Gritman Medical Office Building III – performed complete HVAC and plumbing design for a 54,000 sf medical office building located in Moscow, ID; design included a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system with outside air heat recovery and demand control ventilation, a recirculating domestic water system, full sanitary and storm drainage and general building exhaust. (November 2015)
