University of Idaho Cooling Tower - July, 2018
This new cooling tower flying in to a chiller project at the University of Idaho represents a tricky piece of coordination between the owner who supplied the tower, TD&H Engineering who designed the support frame and MCCLINTOCK & TURK, INC. who built it.
Lewis-Clark State College Library - May, 2018
This before and after shows the improvement from a pneumatic controls retrofit at the Lewis-Clark State College Library for Idaho DPW that officially wrapped up in April. Design by Covenant Engineering, installation by Johnson Controls and TNA Electric.

HC Kettenbach Building - January, 2018
New meets old. Variable refrigerant flow units fly onto the roof of Lewiston Idaho's HC Kettenbach Building (1907) against a backdrop of the 1922 Lewis Clark Hotel and the 1939 Interstate Bridge. Designed by Covenant Engineering for Timothy Lynch. Install by Mikes Heating.

This iconic wedding venue in downtown Lewiston, ID will be cool and comfortable next summer thanks, in part, to a recently completed HVAC design by Covenant Engineering.
Medical Office Building - September, 2017
Covenant Engineering recently designed 130 tons of variable refrigerant flow equipment for a 54,000 square foot medical office building in Moscow, ID. Tenants began to occupy the first floor in December 2016.
Jim Boudreau of Boudreau Architecture Design Studios in Moscow designed the building and Larry Kom of Castellaw Kom Architects in Lewiston designed the first floor tenant space.
